1.1 Do not use Ipso for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
1.2 Do not use Ipso in a way that breaches POPIA, the Cybercrimes Act, 2020, or anyone's intellectual-property rights.
2. What you put in
2.1 Upload only material you are entitled to share with us. You must have a lawful basis for any personal information it contains.
2.2 Leave out personal information the work does not need. Name files without personal details.
2.3 Do not upload special personal information or children's personal information unless we have agreed in writing.
2.4 Do not upload malware, or content that is defamatory or infringes anyone's rights.
3. Security
3.1 Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Platform without our written permission.
3.2 Do not try to access another workspace, account or person's data.
3.3 Do not share sign-in links, or let anyone else use your session. Each person needs their own account. Invite colleagues instead; paid plans have unlimited users.

4. Load and automation
4.1 Do not scrape or crawl the Platform, or send automated bulk requests.
4.2 Do not create accounts automatically.
4.3 Do not place a load on the Platform that degrades the service for others.
5. Packages, links and honesty
5.1 Share packages only as the Licence Schedule allows.
5.2 Treat share links as confidential, because they carry your parameters.
5.3 Do not present a Studio sketch's placeholder values or provisional verbs to others as measured or observed findings.
5.4 Do not alter a package, or an image of one, so that it shows figures it did not derive.
6. Our intellectual property
6.1 Do not reverse engineer Ipso, or copy its engine, packs or views.
6.2 Do not use Ipso to model a company that is not licensed.
6.3 Do not white-label Ipso.
6.4 Do not use Ipso, its code or its outputs to build, train or prompt a competing product or AI model. The Licence Schedule sets out the full list of restrictions.
7. Messages and identity
7.1 Do not use invitations or any other Ipso email feature to send spam, or messages the recipient did not expect.
7.2 Do not impersonate any person or organisation.
7.3 Do not misstate your authority to act for an organisation.
8. Reporting
8.1 Report misuse, or a suspected vulnerability, to privacy@cherrystone.co.za, or to [security contact]. Give enough detail for us to reproduce the problem.
8.2 Do not access, change or keep data beyond what you need to show the problem.
8.3 We will not take action against anyone who reports in good faith and follows this policy. [Attorney: scope of this undertaking under the Cybercrimes Act, 2020.]
9. Enforcement
9.1 We may investigate suspected breaches. While we do, we may preserve the relevant records.
9.2 Where we judge it necessary, we may:
- remove content;
- suspend or end access;
- report unlawful activity to the authorities.
9.3 We act in proportion to the breach, and we tell you what we did and why, unless the law forbids it.
